I wouldn't recommend it.Got hit & run in their parking lot. Got our car towed away by their management & paid $$$ to get it back,due to mistake of new staff).Their dishwasher was broken since we moved in & we were promised to get compensated, never happened, oven was broken & we waited for 3 days & ended up buying new one,cause at that time we had little baby.Forget about your damage deposit,they will try to keep it.I work in hospitality & when I moved in I asked them to give me list which shows it wasn't cleaned. It took 3 days for me clean the house before moving in, except siggarete burns & coffee stains( none of them we use).By moving out I cleaned the house again & Kateri didn't pull the record, came late, says house was well kept, but you forgot to wipe the dust above the counter in bathroom. I cleaned, dusted again, & got charged $350 for cleaning suit ??? Previous manag. were nice & hepfull. Maintenance is efficient, but new management needs training, lack of communication between man & her assist.We were facing south, RMs were bright.

Distinctive Homes
While my experience is not as a customer (thankfully) it was as an interested out of country buyer. Recently I experienced some of the worst salesmanship that I've ever come across in several decades of being a real estate owner. I don't know if I have ever experienced more condescending, judgemental and low-brow techniques than one interaction that we had with one of the female sales people at Distinctive. Without even beginning to qualify who I was or our ability to be potential clients, I was exposed to truly some of the worst snobbery and outright condescending attitude that I've yet come across. One of the most basic tenants of being a decent human (let alone a sales person) is to not judge a book by its cover. The opposite appears to be a leading sales technique at Distinctive. In an era when EVERY client or potential client interaction matters, it's amazing that there are still companies that either don't realize (or worse yet do realize and have done nothing about it) that one of their most visible front line sales people is blatantly demeaning, judging and quickly turning off potential clients (which has to be ruining peoples impression of the company). All of this translating into the likely driving of large numbers of potential clients into the arms of anyone but Distinctive Homes.

general location good. units facing fremont are exposed to noise and son making it very hot to sleep at night. strata will not let you tan windows or put a/c.

They will ask you to keep sending emails and you will get no response from them especially the agent called Nicole Zhang. Beaconwood Village Townhomes
The parking situation is a nightmare. We move 5 days ago with the guaranteed of a interior parking, now we are paying 4$ a day for a visitor parking that we cant acess because they only have a few (5 or 6) visitor parkings for a whole district. Now they are saying that we wont have one before next month! We need 2 parking to accommodate the family and we cant even get one. I wish they didnt lie to us. We would of choose a different compagny to deal with. And on top of the cake they no longer respond to my calls or emails.
