Bayview at Coal Harbour

As a former Bayview employee, I wanted to say a few words about my past work in the building with my former coworkers. Lidia is a person with strong character. She is fair, reliable, and extremely valuable. In my 25+ years of experience I have never had such a great collaboration as with Lidia. Zoran is best maintenance manager and he is gem too. Thanks to the Bayview team for all the wonderful moments spent together. You are the best team. I love you a lot.

Excellent service and management. I applied the apartment outside of the country. Property manager Ms Lidia and Ms Olivera provided very strong support on my move in experience. I really enjoyed living here. The management team are very professional and always take care of my requests in a short time. The location is good and the view is awesome. If I ever move back to Vancouver, I would definitely live here again!

I lives there for 3 years. The location is amazing. However, the apartment is not sound proof. The managers are very professional. In the summer the apartment becomes very hot! I liked how they would create an event where you can meat your neighbors, the summer annual BBQ.

Terrible managment. We lived here for the past 2 years. During Covid, in order to keep the customers happy everything was very well taken care of. as soon as things got back to normal everything went south. Management are so argumentative, rather than solving the obvious issues they try to make you feel guilty and say you are wrong. In thw midst of summer where the temp is 30 plus they turn off the AC in all the common areas or turn the temp to 24 degree and sayi g its normal comfortabke temprature. The gym facility sucks, small, stinks and no AC so temp rises over 30. parkade area has leaking issue which is ugly and geoss and they dont fix it. This is supposedly pet friendly building but people fight you not to get into the elevator with your pet and managmnet dont act and interfere. Terrible terrible managment. They argue like a kid rather than fixing the issue while they charge you arm and leg

We rented here for a couple of years and loved it, Lidia was always great to deal with and the views towards the north shore and marina are spectacular!Not as many facilities as newer buildings but ideal location and great management.

Living at Bayview Coal Harbour is so enjoyable. The whole community is helpful and friendly. Lidia, the Community Manager is extremely helpful and proficient. She has the right amount of professionalism, maturity and conscientiousness. I love living here. Never felt safer and looked after.

My home, love it. Best kept building in Coal Harbour, and the nicest Manager, Lydia. And of course, the personable Masoud at concierge. The views are impressive. The services are incomparable.

Absolutely fabulous building. Lived there for a year and a half. Lidia and Darragh in the office were always so accommodating with every request we had. If I am to come back to Vancouver I would definitely stay here again.

The most important feature is the quickest response time for any maintenance requests. Very responsive, personalized and professional service. Excellent management, concierge, maintenance and overall quality of service. Well maintained apartments -- makes you feel home away from home, always!
